Delicious, with an unusual fairly dark, sticky glaze: finger-licking and irresistible. I made a small trial portion and regretted it when my husband asked why so few. I used bitter orange marmalade from my trees and an air fryer; a normal oven works too. The original ends with an unintelligible fragment mentioning lemons and a mix.

Method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

I remove tips and halve wings at the joint, adding salt and pepper.

I mix marmalade, honey, chilli and garlic in a small bowl.

I melt in a microwave or small pan to a fluid glaze.

I pour over wings, reserving a couple of teaspoons.

I preheat to 180°C, use suitable air-fryer baking paper, arrange wings and cook for 25 minutes. I turn, add remaining glaze and cook another 15 minutes.
