Our beloved Jordan is old and has many ailments. I made biscuits to spoil him. Some may disapprove, but animal lovers understand 🐶😂.

I mix flours and Parmesan.

I add egg and oil.
- Step 3 of 9
I gradually add water.
- Step 4 of 9
I start mixing.
- Step 5 of 9
I knead on the worktop, adding water gradually, more or less according to flour absorption.
- Step 6 of 9
I roll on a floured worktop to about 5/6 mm.

I cut bone-shaped biscuits.

I arrange on a lined tray.

I bake at 170°C for about 10/15 minutes until lightly coloured and crisp.
