I made these flavourful ribs in an air fryer, but a normal oven works too. Marinate ahead for more flavour. My ribs were fairly small.
INGREDIENTS
PORK RIBS
SMOKED PAPRIKA
GARLIC POWDER
SALT
PEPPER
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
BARBECUE SAUCE
SIDE DISH
POTATOES
GARLIC
ROSEMARY
I arrange ribs on a plate and season with salt and pepper.

I spray with oil and add garlic powder and smoked paprika, or sweet paprika if preferred.

I marinate while peeling and wedging potatoes. I toss potatoes with a little oil, chilli oil for me, salt, pepper, rosemary and a garlic clove.

I pour a glass of water into the bottom of the air fryer to prevent odours when fat drips down.

I add suitable perforated baking paper.

I arrange ribs in one layer and cook at 200°C for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, I turn and cook another 10 minutes.

I brush all sides with barbecue sauce.

I add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.

Check doneness: my ribs were small and both meat and potatoes cooked perfectly.

Now lick your fingers 😂!
