A creamy, filling pudding without added sugar. The original describes it as a complete breakfast supporting gut health, rich in probiotics, protein, fibre, omega 3 and blueberry antioxidants, and good after exercise. You can prepare it the evening before. For a little sweetness add a tablespoon of honey; add whichever fruit you prefer and even pieces of dark chocolate.
