Method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

I gut the sea bream, or ask the fishmonger to do it. I remove the scales under running water with a small knife and cut off all the fins with scissors.

Including those on the back.

I wash the sea bream thoroughly and dry with kitchen paper. I open the cavity and add a pinch of salt and pepper, a lemon slice, a sprig each of rosemary, oregano and thyme, and a tiny piece of chilli.

I prepare a sheet of Carta Fata cooking film or baking paper, add oil and place the sea bream on lemon slices. I add a little salt, pepper and another drizzle of oil, close the parcel with kitchen string and bake at 180°C for 35/40 minutes.

Bring to the table in the opened parcel. Serve with roast potatoes or a simple salad.
