Method

I steam or microwave pumpkin cubes and blend. I brown crumbled sausage in little oil and reserve.
I heat pumpkin cream, cream, salt and pepper in the same pan with oil.
I cook pasta in salted water, drain into sauce and add sausage, pasta water if needed and Parmesan, tossing.
I plate with pumpkin seeds.
