For this recipe I use a Tescoma tool I bought to cut potatoes into spirals; it cost very little. I cooked them in an air fryer, but they can also be deep-fried in groundnut oil. Season with whichever spices you prefer.

Method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
I wash the potatoes thoroughly, choosing thin-skinned ones, although you can peel them if you like.

I insert the skewer through the centre, with the yellow spiral at the bottom and the toothed cap at the top, pressing firmly.

I insert the spiral into the potato so it grips, then turn with my finger in the designated hole while holding the white part.

The potato is cut into a spiral. When I reach the end, I remove both attachments, leaving only the skewer. I spread the spiral out and season with oil, preferably sprayed on, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic or any other spices you like.

I transfer them to the air fryer preheated to 200°C for 10 minutes, then turn and finish at 180°C for 15 minutes.

They should be golden and crisp. I served them with a breaded cutlet; add mayonnaise or your preferred sauce if you like.
