When I have very ripe bananas, I make pancakes, whose recipe I have already published, or these little cakes. If the bananas are very ripe and sweet, there is no need to add sugar; for a sweeter result, add honey or maple syrup. Recipes with too many "without" claims do not usually appeal to me much, but this is good!

- Step 1 of 6
I peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.

- Step 2 of 6
I add the peanut butter.

- Step 3 of 6
I mix and add the cocoa.

- Step 4 of 6
I mix well and add the chocolate chips.

- Step 5 of 6
I divide the mixture between 4 paper cases, put a teaspoon of peanut butter, some chopped peanuts and chocolate chips on top, then cook in an air fryer preheated to 170°C for 20 minutes. A conventional oven works well too.

- Step 6 of 6
After this time I test the centre with a skewer to check they are cooked, remove from the air fryer and leave to cool on a rack.

Good warm or cold.
