Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
While browsing the web, I found this recipe and was intrigued by its speed and cooking method, so I tried it. It is good, and excellent as a last-minute dessert.
Ingredients for 2 cappuccino cups
40 g 'OO' flour
40 g sugar
1 egg
30 ml milk
20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
30 ml corn oil
A little baking powder on the tip of a teaspoon
A little vanilla on the tip of a teaspoon, or vanilla pod
1 tablespoon Nutella
Icing sugar, if liked

In a bowl, I mix all the dry ingredients. I mix the oil and milk together and soften the Nutella in the microwave for half a minute.

I add the egg to the dry ingredients.

I add the Nutella, still mixing.

Then I pour in the milk and oil.

I mix thoroughly until smooth and uniform.

I divide the mixture between two cappuccino cups, leaving about 2 cm below the rim as they rise during cooking.

I microwave at full power, 900 watts, for 1 minute and thirty seconds.
They will rise considerably. Watch carefully, as every microwave is different. Do not overcook or they become rubbery; they should be soft and chocolatey.
Delicious!
