Legal and editorial notes

About the site

In cucina con Lilly is a recipe collection with reading tools and an editorial area. Recipes, texts and photographs are by Liliana Bazoli, a home cook from Gargnano on Lake Garda.

Accounts and saved recipes

You can read public recipes without creating an account. An account enables online favourites and private personal cookbooks. Signing out does not delete the account; archiving a cookbook does not permanently erase it. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of registration.

Recipe materials and attribution

The archive preserves the original texts, photographs and any source credits. Availability on this site is not permission to reuse third-party materials. Rights and any permission for reuse must be checked for the material concerned; these notes do not introduce a blanket waiver of legal rights.

Advertising and commercial information

The site may show advertising provided by Google AdSense, clearly separated from the recipes. Recipes are never sponsored. There are no purchases or newsletter subscriptions. Details about advertising cookies are in the privacy notice.

Privacy and contacts

Liliana Bazoli is the confirmed name indicated as data controller. This does not identify the technical administrator or determine every legal role. The public mailbox below is available for editorial and privacy enquiries. The data management area provides the controls actually available; sending an email does not automatically delete an account.

For recipe enquiries or requests about your personal data, contact Lilly at:

incucinaconlilly@gmail.com

The link opens your email application. Nothing is sent automatically; review and send the message yourself. You can also copy the address into your webmail. Do not send passwords, access codes or identity documents in your initial message.

Sending an email does not automatically delete an account or its data. The notice remains partial while the operating procedure and other legal details are being completed.

Your rights and how to make a request

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing, subject to the conditions in the GDPR. Erasure and portability do not apply without exception to every record. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

The statutory response period is without undue delay and within one month of receipt. Where complexity or the number of requests requires it, an extension of up to two further months must be explained within the first month. If no action is taken, the reasons and available remedies must also be communicated. These are legal deadlines, not an automated deletion timer.

Prepare an email request

Using the template or signing in is not required. You can send a free-form request to the address above, including several rights in one message. No message is sent by this page; review and send it from your email application. Do not include passwords or access codes. Additional identity information may be requested only where necessary to resolve reasonable doubts.

You may complain to the competent supervisory authority and seek a judicial remedy. In Italy, information is available from the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Incomplete internal procedures or technical limitations do not remove your statutory rights. Downloading favourites or clearing browser data is not a complete response to every data request.
