Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
Delicious, spicy, easy and inexpensive. Vary spices. I allow 3 wings each, but more will vanish quickly.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2
6 CHICKEN WINGS
125 ML PLAIN YOGHURT
1 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
1 TEASPOON SMOKED PAPRIKA
1 TEASPOON GINGER
2 TEASPOONS GARLIC
SALT
PEPPER
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Use fairly large wings.

I remove tips and stray feathers.

I divide at the joint, bending and cutting.

I wash well and dry with kitchen paper.

I put in a food bag.

I add yoghurt.

A teaspoon curry.

A teaspoon paprika.

Pepper.

A teaspoon ginger.

A teaspoon salt.

2 teaspoons garlic cream or 2 chopped cloves.

Oil.

I seal bag.

I massage well to combine.

I refrigerate a couple of hours, drain from marinade and arrange on parchment-lined tray.

I bake at 180°C for 40 minutes until coloured and crusty. I served with salad and spicy barbecue sauce; potatoes work too.
