Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
Quick, light, flourless and fat-free biscuits. Hazelnuts or almonds work too, but peanuts give a distinctive flavour.
INGREDIENTS FOR 14 BISCUITS
170 g icing sugar
70 g dark chocolate
45 g unsweetened cocoa
2 whites
100 g peanuts
A pinch salt

I finely grind chocolate.

I add to icing sugar in a bowl.

Then cocoa.

Then salt.

I roughly chop peanuts.

I add to chocolate.

I mix well.

I lightly beat whites without whisking stiff.

I add to other ingredients.

I mix to a soft dough.

I spoon heaps onto a parchment-lined tray, spaced for spreading.

I bake at 160°C for 20/25 minutes without overbaking, or they become too hard.

Keep leftovers in a tin.
