Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
Ingredients for 2 people
2 smoked pork chops
1 onion
1 packet smoked pancetta
Juniper berries
Stock
Salt and pepper
White wine
Side dish
3 potatoes
I put a little oil, the diced pancetta and juniper berries in a pan and let them brown.

I add the chops and let them absorb the flavour.

I add the white wine, allow it to evaporate and add a little stock.

I cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
When the chops are nearly cooked, I remove them from the pan and keep them warm.
I add the previously parboiled potatoes and finish cooking them, adding a little stock if needed. I season with salt and pepper.
I return the meat to the pan, cover and cook for about 5 minutes to allow all the flavours to blend.

These chops are generally found in supermarkets and are sold already smoked.
