Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
Ingredients
150 g butter
150 g dark chocolate
4 eggs
250 g dark brown sugar
100 g Italian '00' flour
100 g walnuts and pistachios
A pinch salt

I roughly chop chocolate and combine with diced butter.

In a mixer, or with electric whisks, I combine whole eggs, brown sugar and salt.

I melt chocolate and butter in microwave or over hot water, mix and cool slightly.

I roughly chop walnuts and pistachios; walnuts alone work.

Once egg mixture is pale, thick and fluffy,

I remove beaters and gently stir in melted chocolate gradually with a spatula.

I sift flour into mixture.

I gently fold upwards from bottom.

I finally add the chopped walnuts and pistachios.

I line a rectangular tin with parchment.

I add and level batter and bake at 180°C about 30 minutes without drying it too much.

I cool slightly and cut small pieces.

Delicious, soft and slightly moist inside. Serve each in a paper case. Keeps a few days in a tin, though soon disappears.
