Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
INGREDIENTS
50 g butter
40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
200 g sugar
90 g flour
120 g roughly chopped walnuts
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 pinch salt
Half a teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
I melt butter in the microwave, mix in cocoa without lumps and add sugar.

The chopped walnuts, flour and a pinch of salt.

I add the two whole eggs.

The two lightly beaten whites.

I mix well and add bicarbonate of soda.

I put it in a buttered, floured 20 x 20 tin and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Do not overcook; it should stay slightly moist inside.

Delicious and soft. If any remains, which I doubt, store in a tin.
