Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

I love these biscuits, but they disappear too quickly! Peanut butter is available in supermarkets, usually near jam and Nutella. Quick and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS FOR 16 COOKIES
220 g flour
60 g soft butter
60 g peanut butter
200 g brown sugar
1 egg
Half a teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Half a teaspoon baking powder
100 g unsalted peanuts
100 g dark chocolate chips
1 pinch saltI put both butters in a bowl.I add sugar.I whisk electrically or in a stand mixer.I add egg.I keep whisking until pale and fluffy.I add flour sifted with baking powder and bicarbonate.I whisk until smooth, then add roughly chopped peanuts.I add chocolate chips.I mix well, adding a tablespoon milk if too crumbly. I form 16 balls, flatten slightly and put on a parchment-lined tray.I bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden. They seem soft but firm on cooling. I cool on a rack. They keep many days in a tin or glass jar.
