250 G ORGANIC ORANGE JUICE, ABOUT 3 ORANGES AND ZEST OF 1
250 G WATER
125 G SUGAR
50 G CORNFLOUR

Method

I put cold water and sugar in a saucepan.

I add orange juice.

I mix in cornflour.

I whisk away lumps, though cold water prevents them.

I add grated zest of an untreated orange.

I heat, stirring until thick.

I transfer to a bowl and cool before using.
