I drain, rinse and drain beans thoroughly, then put in a container with shallot and lemon juice.
- Step 2 of 5
I add oil.
- Step 3 of 5
Salt, pepper, chilli and paprika.
- Step 4 of 5
I blend to a soft cream.
- Step 5 of 5
I put in a bowl and finish with oil, paprika and lemon wedges.
