  1. Step 1 of 15

  2. Step 2 of 15
    Salt.
  3. Step 3 of 15
    Oil.
  4. Step 4 of 15
I blend into cream, adding reserved water if thick.
  5. Step 5 of 15
    I sieve out skins.
  6. Step 6 of 15
I taste velvety soup and adjust salt and pepper.
  7. Step 7 of 15
I skin sausage and shape little balls.
  8. Step 8 of 15
    I prepare all.
  9. Step 9 of 15
I brown sausage in a hot pan.
  10. Step 10 of 15
I bought wonderful turmeric bread from a Brescia Corso shop with excellent bread, focaccia and sweets. Its intense yellow and turmeric's qualities interested me; inside were olives, tomatoes and rosemary, delicious.
  11. Step 11 of 15
    I cut slices, then strips.
  12. Step 12 of 15

I pour hot soup into bowls.
  14. Step 14 of 15
I add sausage balls, turmeric and oil.
  15. Step 15 of 15
I add croutons, serving extras separately; none will remain!
