Mix by hand or, as I did, put the flours, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a processor.
IMG_1530.JPG
I add butter in pieces and a pinch of salt.
IMG_1531.JPG
The whole egg and yolk.
IMG_1533.JPG
I process until well combined.
IMG_1535.JPG
I work it on the surface for a few minutes, flatten in parchment and refrigerate for half an hour.
IMG_1537.JPG
I briefly work the rested dough, reserve some for strips and roll the rest into a circle on parchment.
IMG_1538.JPG
I turn it into a buttered, floured tin.
IMG_1539.JPG
I neaten the rim, a couple of cm high, and prick the centre with a fork.
IMG_1540.JPG
I spread preserve evenly over it.
IMG_1541.JPG
I roll the reserved dough into a rectangle, cut strips with a fluted wheel and place on the tart.
IMG_1542.JPG
I bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
