Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
A fridge-clearing recipe with no precise quantities: judge by what you have. Uninspiring individual leftovers together become a complete meal.
INGREDIENTS
Leftover Amatriciana pasta
Leftover boiled spinach
Leftover grated Fontina and grana
2 or 3 eggs
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

I put pasta in a bowl and cut it because the shapes were large.

I add eggs.

Then spinach.

Then cheese.

I mix; if two eggs seem insufficient, add another.

I heat very little oil in a non-stick pan and add the mixture.

When it releases as I move the pan, I oil a lid lightly and flip as a normal frittata.

A golden crust has formed. I cook the other side and serve drizzled with oil.

Serve hot with melting cheese. Ham, salame and other vegetables also work: together, leftovers are delicious and can become a complete meal.
