Mini yoghurt and strawberry ice lollies

I bought mini silicone ice-lolly moulds and tried yoghurt and strawberries. Refreshing and perfect in the heat. White chocolate is optional; try peaches, kiwi or mango instead.

Method

I wash and hull strawberries and roughly mash on a plate.
- Step 2 of 6
I add honey.
- Step 3 of 6
Yoghurt: my homemade plain yoghurt, but Greek works too.
- Step 4 of 6
I divide between moulds with wooden sticks inserted.
- Step 5 of 6
I freeze until firm, then unmould.
- Step 6 of 6
Leave plain, or melt white chocolate in a water bath, put in a cone made from triangular baking paper and pipe stripes. Return to the freezer.
