Excellent homemade ice cream. I have had a perfectly working ice-cream maker for years and often make ice creams and sorbets, described as 100% natural without thickeners or colours. New machines have removable bowls, much more convenient; mine is 40 years old 😱! Removing ice cream with a spatula takes effort, but it works so well that it is worthwhile 🍨🍧.
