Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
A simple idea that is excellent as a Christmas starter.
You can make any variations you like with your favourite ingredients; these are just examples.
I made two types.
The base is puff pastry, preferably rectangular.
1)
Cooked ham
Sliced Camembert
Sun-dried cherry tomatoes
2)
Sliced Würstel sausages
Taleggio
Olives
Mustard

I cut the puff pastry into 4 strips.
I place the chosen ingredients on one part of each strip.

I fold it in half.

I cut each strip in half.

I roll the strip around itself to form a rose. I prepare all the strips this way, varying the ingredients.

Now they are ready.

If you have paper cases, put each pinwheel in one.

Arrange them in a muffin tin. I added a little oregano and baked at 200°C for 10/15 minutes, depending on the oven.

Also delicious with:
Gorgonzola and walnuts
Leeks and salmon
Smoked Provola and speck — there is no limit to your imagination!
