Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

1) HERB CREAM, SALMON AND ROCKET
2) TRUFFLE CREAM AND SMOKED PROVOLA
Quick aperitif bites, made ahead, refrigerated and cut when needed.
INGREDIENTS
1)
4 crustless sandwich bread slices
4 cubes herbed Philadelphia
150 g sliced smoked salmon
Rocket
Pepper
2)
4 crustless sandwich bread slices
4 cubes truffle Philadelphia
Smoked Provola slices
I slightly overlap 4 bread slices on cling film.
I flatten with a rolling pin to seal together.
I open herb cheese packets.
I spread over the entire bread surface with a spatula.
I cover with salmon and pepper.
I add rocket, or baby spinach if preferred.
I start rolling using film.
I seal tightly, roll on the worktop while holding ends and knot them.
For the other filling, I spread truffle cream.
Once even.
I add Provola slices.
I wrap similarly and refrigerate sealed rolls, ideally overnight to compact.
I remove film and cut slices about 1 cm thick with a sharp knife, wiping blade for neat cuts.
