Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

A tasty, colourful salad. Prepare at least an hour ahead so the cabbage softens. You can vary it with pear or oranges and dress with lemon or yoghurt sauce.

INGREDIENTS

HALF A RED CABBAGE

1 APPLE

50 g WALNUTS

GRANA CHEESE SHAVINGS

2 TABLESPOONS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

SALT

MARJORAM

I slice the cabbage very finely with a mandoline or sharp knife, shell the walnuts and shave the Grana cheese.

I put the cabbage in a bowl.

I peel the apple.

I thinly slice the apple and add to the cabbage.

I add the walnuts, broken up by hand.

I season with salt, apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

I add the marjoram leaves and Grana shavings, mix and leave to rest. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for 2 days.
