Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

Quick, fresh and flavourful for summer. I used good-quality canned peas and spelt to save time, but boil your own if possible.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
1 small tin steamed spelt (140 g)
1 small tin steamed peas (160 g)
2 sweet-sour pickled cucumbers
4 tuna fillets in oil
1 slice Emmental
2 tablespoons Taggiasca olives in oil
12 cherry tomatoes
Basil leaves
Caper powder
Garda extra virgin olive oil
Salt, pepperI put a small tin of steamed Bonduelle spelt in a bowl.
I add peas.also steamed.
The olives.pitted and drained of oil.
I roughly flake tuna.
I dice cheese and cucumbers.
I add everything with chopped cherry tomatoes.
I tear basil.
I dress with extra virgin olive oil.
I mix and finish with caper powder given by my friend Marisa, made with her brother at Valerio Giacomini's organic Gargnano farm: distinctive saltiness and flavour.
After adding caper powder, I taste and adjust salt and pepper.
