Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
Simple but flavourful rolls made from fridge leftovers, including leftover spinach. Choose your vegetables, cheese and cured meat. I served boiled potatoes with parsley.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
6 THIN PORK LOIN SLICES
SPINACH (pan-cooked with oil, butter, garlic and parsley)
EMMENTAL SLICES (or Fontina, Provola or Caciotta)
COOKED HAM SLICES (or Speck or Prosciutto)
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
WHITE WINE
BUTTER
SALT
PEPPER
I flatten the pork very thinly with a meat mallet.

I add half a slice of cooked ham.

I add spinach.

The Emmental slice.

I fold the ham towards the centre to enclose the filling.

I roll up.

I secure with a cocktail stick.

I lightly flour the rolls.

I melt a knob of butter with a little oil in a pan and brown the rolls all over.

I season with salt and pepper.

I deglaze with white wine.

I let it evaporate, add a splash of water, cover and cook through.

I turn occasionally, basting with sauce.
