Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

Delicious, soft and moist. Originally a cake recipe by Stefano Laghi via Pinella Orgiana's blog. I halved it for 6 muffins; here is the full recipe for 12.
INGREDIENTS
450 g flour
200 g sugar
4 g salt
18 g baking powder
150 g whole eggs
250 g whole milk
125 g seed oil
125 g chocolate chips
80 g diced orange peel
1 orange, grated

SYRUP
230 g water
100 g sugar
75 g acacia honey
75 g orange liqueur, 70%
I sift flour and baking powder.
Salt.
Sugar.
I combine milk and oil.
Eggs.
I emulsify.
I finely dice orange.
I grate orange zest.
I add liquids to dry ingredients.
I mix without overworking.
Candied peel.
Chocolate.
I divide into 6 cases and refrigerate half an hour.
I heat water, sugar and honey for syrup.
At boiling, I remove, cool slightly and add liqueur.
I bake chilled muffins at 180°C for about 25 minutes, first making a central cut with a buttered tip.
I test with a skewer and soak cooked muffins with syrup.
I brush with fruit glaze and rest to absorb flavours.
Ready, very soft and fragrant!
Thanks to Pinella for sharing 😀.
