Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

A quick recipe that resembles homemade sushi. I used basmati rice left over from a previous recipe, boiled according to the packet instructions.

INGREDIENTS FOR 15 PIECES

300 g COOKED BASMATI OR SUSHI RICE

140 g DRAINED TUNA IN OIL

170 g LIGHT GREEK YOGHURT (or Philadelphia)

PINK PEPPERCORNS

CHIVES

WASABI

WHITE AND BLACK SESAME SEEDS

1 SHEET OF NORI SEAWEED

SOY SAUCE

I put the rice in a bowl with the well-drained crumbled tuna and chives snipped with scissors.

I add a teaspoon of crushed pink peppercorns.

I add the yoghurt.

I mix everything thoroughly.

I press into balls, rolling some in white sesame seeds.

I sprinkle some balls with black sesame seeds and others with a little pink pepper. I put a tiny dab of wasabi on every ball.

I cut strips of nori and wrap around each ball. Moisten one end with a drop of water to secure.

Ready: I refrigerate them for half an hour.

I serve with soy sauce and chopsticks.
