Method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

I soak gelatine in very cold water for about 10 minutes.
I split vanilla and put seeds and pod in a small pan with 3/4 of cream.
I add sugar.
Flavour with amaretto, rum or limoncello if liked.
I heat nearly to boiling and remove.
I add squeezed gelatine and stir well.
I mix in reserved cold cream.
I strain vanilla impurities.
I prop glasses partly horizontal in a muffin tin.
I fill to the edge with panna cotta and carefully refrigerate to set.
Once set, stand upright.
I finely dice fruit and add lemon drops to prevent browning.
I mix in a teaspoon sugar.
I fill glasses with separate or mixed fruit.

Use leftover fruit for little fruit salads; refrigerate until serving.
