Mayonnaise pasta may sound strange, but it is delicious and very quick. Excellent cold in summer, though my family enjoys it in winter too. The sauce takes two minutes while pasta cooks.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
200 g large pasta shapes
100 g sliced cooked ham
50 g black olives, or green
4 heaped tablespoons mayonnaise
Chives

I boil pasta, preferably large shapes to hold sauce. I put mayonnaise in a bowl, two generous tablespoons per person.

I add chopped olives.

I add ham cut into strips.

I mix and chop chives, though they are not essential.

Once pasta is cooked, I add two or three tablespoons cooking water to the sauce.

I mix pasta with sauce in the bowl and serve immediately.
