I add Parmesan, salt and pepper.

Zest of 2 lemons.
- Step 3 of 7
Juice of 1 lemon.
- Step 4 of 7
I add 5/6 tablespoons of oil.
- Step 5 of 7
I blend creamy, adding oil if dry.
- Step 6 of 7
I dressed thick spaghetti: I put pesto in a pan, thin with pasta water, add pasta and toss briefly, adding more water if needed.

I serve with a thin lemon slice.
