I briefly blend rocket, garlic and oil.

I add pine nuts.
- Step 3 of 6
I add grated Grana.
- Step 4 of 6
I add Pecorino.
- Step 5 of 6
I add salt sparingly because cheeses are salty and blend into cream.
- Step 6 of 6
If not using immediately, store in a glass jar covered with extra virgin olive oil, or freeze. Lovely with pasta or potato gnocchi.
