Family needs recently led me to gluten-free cooking. I discovered DIANA&ALESSIO's interesting gluten- and lactose-free blog. Friendly people, cooking simply and neatly as I like. I want to try their recipes and thank them in advance.
This cake is delicious, soft and moist. I added dark chocolate chips: fantastic, even for people without intolerance.

Method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

I peel and slice bananas.

I melt sugar with a tablespoon of water in a pan, add butter or margarine and cook briefly.

I add bananas, stir and cook briefly.

I add chopped walnuts, stir and set aside.

I sift flour, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl.

I add almond flour.

I add egg and oil and mix well.

I add maple syrup.

I add bananas and walnuts.

For more indulgence, I add chocolate chips.

I line a loaf tin with baking paper and add the batter.

I preheat a conventional oven to 200°C, bake for 8 minutes, reduce to 175°C and bake for 40/45 minutes. Test with a skewer; ovens differ. Cool slightly and unmould.

Its fragrance and softness will surprise you.
