Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
Excellent with aperitifs or a rustic supper alongside cheeses and cured meats. Quick, delicious and worth trying!
INGREDIENTS
300 g flour
100 g diced cooked ham
1 cow's milk mozzarella
2/3 tablespoons Taggiasca or green olives
10 fresh cherry tomatoes
3/4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
3 eggs
4 tablespoons grated Parmigiano
1 sachet instant baking powder for savoury cakes
120 ml milk
100 ml seed oil
Salt, pepper
Dried oregano
I sift the flour with the baking powder.

I add the Parmigiano to the flour.

Salt, pepper and oregano.

I whisk the milk and oil together.

I crack the eggs into a bowl.

I stir the milk and oil into the eggs.

I add the mixture to the flour and mix well.

I add the diced ham.

The diced mozzarella, dried well with kitchen paper.

The drained, diced fresh tomatoes, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Taggiasca olives.

I mix all the ingredients well.

I line a loaf tin with baking parchment and pour in the mixture.
I bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Delicious, with a golden crust and soft centre. You can make little muffins, reducing the baking time.
