Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
A quick recipe with no frying pans to wash. The chicken is tender, fragrant and delicious, and light too, with just a little oil.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2
6 chicken drumsticks (4 if large)
1 orange
1 lemon
Rosemary
Sage
Thyme
Ground ginger
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Pink peppercorns
I wash and dry the drumsticks and remove any remaining feathers.
I wash and dry the herbs.
I put the chicken in a food bag with the herbs.
I thoroughly wash and slice the citrus fruit, preferably organic.
I add it to the bag.
I add salt, ground black pepper, pink peppercorns and ground ginger.
I add a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
I close the bag and massage the chicken, moving the bag to mix everything well.
I leave the chicken to marinate for at least an hour; the longer it marinates, the stronger the flavour. I then put the chicken and all the marinade on Carta Fata cooking film or baking parchment.
I seal the parcel and bake at 180°C for about 30/40 minutes.
I bring the cooked parcel to the table and open it in front of the guests to release the wonderful aroma. Serve with roast potatoes or a simple salad.
