Chocolate salami is a classic Italian homemade dessert without oven cooking, perhaps more common years ago. Easy, with each family's recipe, popular at children's birthdays but loved by everyone. This white chocolate and pistachio version is sweeter than classic dark chocolate or cocoa versions, with or without eggs.
For gluten-free, I used gluten-free Oro Saiwa biscuits.
