Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
A quick, tasty finger-food starter that will be appreciated.
INGREDIENTS
GOAT'S CHEESE
WHITE OR RED GRAPES, preferably seedless
CHOPPED PISTACHIOS
I make a hollow in a small portion of goat's cheese and add a washed, dried grape.
I cover grape completely with cheese and shape a ball.
I roll in chopped pistachios.
I plate, using paper cases or a small wooden fork or cocktail stick if liked.
For a variation, I used a pear cube instead of grape and coated in pistachios mixed with a teaspoon sweet paprika and a teaspoon poppy seeds.
