INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE
400 g beef fillet
2 tablespoons Taggiasca olives
2 tablespoons capers
A bunch chives
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Gherkins
Dried tomatoes
Baby onions
Fresh tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Mustard
I finely chop very fresh meat with a knife into a bowl.

I chop capers.

Then olives.

I add to meat with salt, pepper and oil.

I mix in chives and reserve.

I chop gherkins.

Then dried tomatoes.

Then baby onions.

I press dressed meat into a cooking ring on a large plate.
I put lemon beside, not inside meat as it would cook and whiten it, remove ring and add chives and oil.

I fill small containers with onions, gherkins, dried and dressed diced fresh tomatoes, mayonnaise and mustard.

I arrange beside tartare.

A fresh, simple, impressive dish!
