INGREDIENTS
200 g flour
150 g sugar
100 g butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
200 ml milk
1 plain yoghurt
100 g brown sugar or 70 granulated
5 apples
I put flour in a bowl.

Then soft diced butter.
IMG_8118.JPG
Then sugar.
IMG_8119.JPG
Then a teaspoon baking powder.
IMG_8120.JPG
I work by hand.
IMG_8121.JPG
It should be crumbly.
IMG_8122.JPG
I line a 22 cm tin with parchment.
IMG_8123.JPG
I lightly press half the dough into base.
IMG_8124.JPG
I take apples.
IMG_8125.JPG
I peel.
IMG_8126.JPG
I thinly slice in an even layer in the tin.
IMG_8127.JPG
I cover with remaining crumbs, not evenly flattened.
IMG_8128.JPG
I bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, I lightly whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl.
IMG_8129.JPG
I add yoghurt.
IMG_8130.JPG
Then milk.
IMG_8131.JPG
I mix well.
IMG_8132.JPG
After 20 minutes, I remove tart.
IMG_8133.JPG
I pour liquid mixture over.
IMG_8135.JPG
Distribute evenly.
IMG_8136.JPG
I bake another 25 minutes, cool slightly and dust with icing sugar. Soft inside and crunchy outside. From Marisa’s ‘il mio saper fare’.
