Very simple for when you fancy dessert, described as low-calorie and sugar-free. Delicious and creamy. Count 3 ingredients if dusting with cocoa, plus cinnamon if wanted. Choose any apples.

I peel apples.
- Step 2 of 8
I dice and add water.
- Step 3 of 8
I microwave for 10 minutes or cook in a pan until soft.
- Step 4 of 8
I blend to a soft purée.
- Step 5 of 8
I melt chopped chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
- Step 6 of 8
I mix into apples until uniform.
- Step 7 of 8
Use a cake tin or ring lined with acetate, baking paper or film.

I pour and level, refrigerate for 2/3 hours, then dust with cocoa and cinnamon if wanted.
