Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

Delicious bites, crisp outside and soft inside, to serve as a starter. This is an idea; vary the filling as you like.
INGREDIENTS
1 pack filo pastry
1 leek
1 pack feta
Diced cooked ham
Taggiasca olives
Dried cherry tomatoes
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Sesame and poppy seeds to decorate
I thinly slice the leek and cook in a frying pan with a little oil, and water if needed, adding salt and pepper.
I cut the filo sheets into three long strips.
I take a strip at a time and brush all over with melted butter.
I put a teaspoon of leek, some feta and ham cubes, and two pieces of tomato or some olives on it.
I start folding to form a triangle.
I fold it over itself, repeating the movement several times.
I continue until fully closed.
It should be a neatly sealed triangle.
I arrange the parcels on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
I brush with plenty of butter and scatter over sesame and poppy seeds.
I bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden.
