Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

A starter or main course with cured meats.
INGREDIENTS
2 rectangular puff pastry sheets
500 g boiled broccoli
500 g boiled potatoes
4/5 Brie slices
3/4 tablespoons Parmigiano
1 garlic clove
Extra virgin olive oil
1 egg for brushing
Black or white sesame
I boil or microwave broccoli; mine was leftover.
I cook potatoes similarly.
I sauté garlic in oil.
I add and roughly mash potatoes.
I add broccoli and mash together.
I adjust salt and pepper.
I slightly overlap pastry sheets and flatten join with a rolling pin into a long rectangle.
I distribute vegetables, leaving about 1.5 cm border.
I cut 5/6 Brie slices.
I distribute pieces with plenty of Parmigiano.
I roll using parchment.
I dampen top edge and seal well.
I shape the log into a ring.
I insert one end into the other, seal neatly and put on a tray while heating to 180°C.
I beat egg and brush the ring.
I add sesame.
I lightly score all around to release steam.
I bake at 180°C for 25/30 minutes and wait 10 minutes before cutting. Delicious with melting cheese!
