Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
A quick idea for an aperitivo.
Ingredients for 8 crescents
1 round sheet puff pastry
8 thin slices speck
8 cubes cheese, such as mild or piquant Provola, or Fontina if preferred
1 yolk and a little milk for brushing
Sesame, poppy or cumin seeds, as preferred
I cut the pastry into 8 equal wedges, making a small incision about 2 cm long in the rounded edge of each.

I cut the cheese into cubes, place it on the speck slices and make little parcels.

I close each one thoroughly and place it on the pastry.

I start rolling up.

I seal well with light pressure, bringing the 2 tips of each crescent forwards.

I place the crescents on baking parchment.

In a small bowl, I beat the yolk with a little milk.

I brush the crescents and sprinkle with sesame seeds or other seeds as preferred.
I bake at 200°C for 15/20 minutes, depending on the oven, until golden.
Excellent with a spritz, Prosecco or another drink.
