Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
This is not really a recipe, more a way to use up leftovers, which I must admit I love.
When I have leftover polenta, I spread it in a rectangular container to a thickness of a centimetre and leave it to set in the fridge.
I cut it into squares and brush both sides with very little oil.
I brown it until a crust forms on both sides.
I put a slice of Gorgonzola on each piece of polenta, cover with a lid and turn off the heat. The cheese will melt into a cream.

Delicious — add a couple of slices of salame and you are ready!
