Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
This Greek cheese with its distinctive flavour lends itself to many dishes. This parcel can be served as a starter or a main course with toasted bread.
INGREDIENTS
1 packet Greek feta
Cherry tomatoes
Taggiasca olives
Oregano
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Carta Fata cooking film or foil

I lay out a sheet of Carta Fata: the transparent parcel looks particularly attractive. If unavailable, use foil or baking parchment. I place the dried slice of feta on it.

I halve the cherry tomatoes and cover the feta with them.

I add a couple of tablespoons of olives. I used Taggiasca olives; Greek olives would be even better if available.

I grind some pepper over it, add a generous pinch of oregano and extra virgin olive oil. Do not add salt, as the cheese is already very salty.

I seal the parcel and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

When ready, I take it out, wait a few minutes, open the parcel and bring it to the table. Serve with toasted bread.
