Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
Ingredients for 2 people
4 eggs
3 smoked salmon slices
A small bowl spinach
4 tablespoons grated grana
Salt and pepper
All were dinner leftovers; spinach had been sautéed with butter.

I chop spinach, cut salmon into strips and break eggs into a bowl.

I combine all ingredients.

I beat with a fork to combine and season with salt and pepper.

I thoroughly heat a non-stick pan with very little oil.

I add mixture and cook one side.

Once crusted and releasing, I carefully turn using a lid and finish cooking.

Considering these were leftovers, it was delicious, served with oil and salad.
