Ingredients and method
The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.
With these mushrooms available, I made breaded and sautéed versions. I chose the smaller ones for this recipe and breaded and fried the larger caps.
Ingredients
Pleurotus oyster mushrooms
Parsley
Garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

I heat a pan and gently fry a chopped garlic clove in extra virgin olive oil.

I add chopped mushrooms, removing the rubbery stalk, and keep the heat fairly high.

I add salt and pepper.

I add a glass of water, cover and cook until tender.

I chop and add parsley and let the flavours develop a few minutes.
