Ingredients and method

The preparation remains in its original order; guided mode is not available for this structure.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
600 g prepared pumpkin
400 g potatoes
400 g sausage
200 g Fontina (or your preferred melting cheese)
100 g grated Parmigiano
1 egg
Nutmeg
Salt
Butter
I made half the quantity for two little ovenproof dishes.
I prepare the pumpkin, peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.

I put them in a bowl with a glass of water.
IMG_1145.JPG
I microwave at full power for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, I skin the sausage and cut into fairly large pieces.
IMG_1147.JPG
I brown it in a frying pan and discard the fat.

Once cooked, I drain the vegetables and process them, not too finely.
IMG_1149.JPG
I add the egg, Parmigiano, grated nutmeg and a pinch of salt.
IMG_1151.JPG
I add finely diced cheese and drained sausage, mixing well.
IMG_1153.JPG
I butter the dishes and divide the mixture between them.

I sprinkle with Parmigiano and knobs of butter and bake at 180/200°C until browned.
You can also use one large dish.
